Vegetable Bun This is a delicious recipe with loads of vegetable inside bun making the stuffed buns very simple Buns came out really well You can serve it with mayonnaise and ketchup during a snaks time or as an appetizer during pizza party Rather than making regular buns i stuffed this buns with some veggies like green peas carrot potatoes capsicum I Used dry active yeast by mixing it with eggs sugar and milks. And it takes time to proof around 10 min For super soft and moist buns kneed dough with milk Use a good quality yeast if u are using dry active yeast dont forget to proof it but make sure milk should not be hot should be warm If u are an vegetarian eggs can be skipped and rplace with milk.
