 The recipe is pretty easy and simple
Methi Moong Dal Sabzi is a lip-smacking and prepared with fresh fenuegreek leaves and yellow split gram. The combination of leafy vegetables and dal create a nutritious side dish. Fenugreek leaves are one of the most popular and easily available leafy vegetables in pakistan. We usually soak the lentils in water for about 20 minutes before cooking with them. I love to sprinkle some all spice powder on top of the cooked daal and some lemon juice to go with it.
